3. Quotes and Pricing
3.1 Free Quotes
We offer free, no-obligation quotes for most services. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3.2 Pricing
- All prices quoted are in South African Rand (ZAR)
- Prices include VAT where applicable
- Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are required
- Emergency call-out fees may apply for after-hours services
- We will always inform you of any additional costs before proceeding
3.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. However, confirmed quotes will be honored for the validity period stated.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

- Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT)

4.2 Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed
- For large projects, a deposit may be required before commencement
- Outstanding invoices are due within 7 days of issue
- Late payment may incur interest charges
5. Appointments and Scheduling
5.1 Booking
- Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our contact form
- We will confirm all appointments via phone or email
- For emergency services, we aim to respond within 2 hours
5.2 Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may incur a call-out fee
- No-shows may be charged a full call-out fee
5.3 Access to Property
Client is responsible for:
- Providing clear access to work areas
- Ensuring someone over 18 is present during service
- Securing pets during our visit
- Moving fragile or valuable items from work areas
6. Warranties and Guarantees
6.1 Workmanship Guarantee
- We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from completion
- If issues arise due to our workmanship, we will rectify them at no charge
- This guarantee does not cover misuse, wear and tear, or third-party damage
6.2 Parts and Materials
- Parts and materials carry manufacturer warranties
- We will assist with warranty claims where applicable
- Quality branded parts are used unless otherwise requested
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 Our Liability
- We carry public liability insurance
- We are liable for damage directly caused by our negligence
- We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or hidden defects
- Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided
7.2 Client Responsibilities
- Clients must inform us of any known issues or hazards
- Clients are responsible for securing valuables and fragile items
- Clients should have adequate property insurance
8. Emergency Services
Our 24/7 emergency service is subject to:
- Emergency call-out fees (applicable after hours and on public holidays)
- Response times may vary based on location and availability
- Emergency work is prioritized but not guaranteed within specific timeframes
- Minimum charges may apply for emergency call-outs
